Just received my harmonium, and very happy with the purchase. The instrument came wrapped professionally, padded and in a protective suitcase. The harmonium does have few 'blemishes', like small dents on the side (metal frame), but I take it as part of the personality and a touch of 'India'. I am new and just learning to play it, but I am very happy with it. Customer service is excellent, very fast response rate! Thank you!

Hi Mickey! I wanted to send you a little note to say how much I am LOVING my new harmonium baby! I can’t believe how much easier it is to play than my old one :) I also wanted to thank you for making my experience so lovely. I was a little nervous to come in because I am such a beginner player but you made me feel at ease right away and I’m so glad you convinced me to purchase the full sized model. It is a bit loud for my classes but I have my shruti for that…looking forward to bringing her to my next Kirtan on the 28th! I also really appreciated having your full attention and care. I see now why you require appointments, it enables you to give excellent service to serious buyers.

This rose model harmonium is what I can call my harmonium for life. It plays by smooth, keys are soft, out of words. I'm just in love with this. We bought 3 of these. Just beautiful and not to mention the customer service is A+ Highly recommended !!!!
