These naal heads are hard to find in North America (usually they are out of stock and have to be backordered). Kala Kendar had all sizes in stock and uses a measuring system based on the diameter of the head rather than the more typical measuement of the underlying drum diameter. Shipment (to the USA) was quick and the head fits nicely on my drum.
